Danny Williamson

As a native Charlottean, Danny Williamson has intimate knowledge of Charlotte and the surrounding areas. Prior to real estate, Danny was a professional bull rider and named the 2000 East Coast World Champion. He also owned and operated two local businesses which employed over 40 people combined. Danny works tirelessly for his clients and has done so proudly since 2011 when he began his career with Keller Williams Realty. His commitment to his clients has earned Danny industry recognition, such as the 2011 Keller Williams Ballantyne Rising Star, 2012 Vane Mingle Rookie of the Year, and the 2014 North Carolina Association of Realtors Rising Star. Craig Rogers

After making his way to Charlotte from Falconer, NY in 1996, Craig planted some roots and decided to stay in our wonderful city! As a Realtor licensed in both North and South Carolina, he takes pride in his communication skills, and the systems he has in place to best serve his clients. This has proved to be a valuable asset to his real estate career, and has helped many buyers and sellers move quickly and seamlessly onto the next phase of their lives. When Craig isn’t providing excellent customer service to his clients, he can be found on the soccer field with his wife Mandy and son Tyler, relaxing at the pool, or attempting some sort of DIY project at home that will more likely than not, spiral out of control!

Gavin Smith is a proud native Charlottean and has a genuine love for the area and community. After spending over 10 years in management he felt it was time for a change. Upon receiving his real estate license, Michael made the decision to associate with DW Realty Team, a highly respected boutique firm in Matthews, NC.  He has invested and owned real estate in California, Nevada, New Mexico, North Carolina, and internationally in Costa Rica.  Michael made the decision to become a full-time, full-service Realtor® after spending 37 years of his career as a Director of Sales and Marketing for upscale and luxury hotels in California, North Carolina, and South Carolina.

Michael’s real estate investing knowledge, personal home ownership, and corporate sales and marketing experience makes him ideally suited to assist both sellers and buyers in up or down markets.  He enjoys providing a first-class experience beginning with communicating in the manner his clients request.

Michael grew up in Northern California and more recently lived in Orange County, California before realizing his brother had it right living in the Charlotte area for the last 27 years.  He lives in Charlotte on Lake Wylie after owning a home in Waxhaw for the first few years of his North Carolina experience. Michael likes spending time with his family and enjoys the best of what Charlotte has to offer including boating, kayaking, mountain biking, motorcycle riding, and of course the abundance of local breweries!

Born and raised near the beautiful Rocky Mountains of Colorado. I transitioned to the Carolinas for a nice change in pace of milder winters and longer summers. After 13+ years in the customer service/sales management world and falling in love with the Charlotte area I found the appropriate time to transition into Real Estate full time.
